Originally, it was launched to provide a wider picture of data to its users.
SuiteCRM Analytics v1.3 | Latest Features and Upgrades
As we discussed earlier, there are two major packages of analytics i.e. SuiteCRM Data Integration and SuiteCRM Web Analytics. Let’s understand the function of both of them and what new features have been introduced.
SuiteCRM Data Integration
This Data Integration works on the principle of gathering data from multiple sources and then blend it together to form a centralized space. Afterward, users can access this processed data easily. For this purpose, SuiteCRM Data integration follows the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process. Below we have mentioned the new additions to SuiteCRM Data Integration.
- Updated Sales Management Fact Table: The upgraded version has a more streamlined look than the previous one. Now, SuiteCRM users can analyze the sales metric more efficiently. Furthermore, the users will be allowed to analyze the sales metrics based on Product, Salesperson, Customer Account, Invoice, and Sales Dates. In addition to this, now you can see the performance report on the SuiteCRM Web Analytics dashboard as well.
- Updated Campaign Management Fact Table: The new and improved campaign management fact table can lay the foundation for the optimum analysis of campaign performance. Within the table, there will be metrics like expected revenue and cost, Budget, etc. You can get more out of this by coupling it with the Opportunity Management Fact Table. The users can more accurately estimate and calculate the ROI.
- Demo Data while Installation for better evaluation: While installing this platform to your SuiteCRM Database/Instance, now you have the option to import the demo data. This will automatically populate the major fields so that you can see how reports and dashboards work in SuiteCRM Web Analytics. This will help you in understanding the platform more comprehensively.
SuiteCRM Web Analytics
SuiteCRM Web Analytics is another aspect that provides data access to the users. Here, the SuiteCRM users will be able to examine the data gathered from the database and other third-party sources. In the frontend, there are a bunch of reports and dashboards. In the latest release, you’ll find some tweaks in the current features and some new options as well.
- Opportunities Activities Dashboard: In this dashboard, the admin users will be able to see how many activities are performed for any particular opportunity by any agent. Also, you will see the total number of activities along with their time duration.
- Updated Campaign Performance Report: This report is a great way that will allow the user to track the performance of campaigns. If you are running more than one campaign at the same time then you can easily judge which campaigns are performing better by comparing the metrics. You will also be able to see the campaigns with the most ROI (Return on Investment).
- Filter Campaigns: In the new v1.3, you can now filter the campaigns based on Name, Type, and Status.
- Updated Sales Performance Dashboard: Here, the users can see the sales number of their company. Besides this, there are some additional metrics like Top Accounts, Top Agents, and Top Product Categories.
- Custom Startup Tab: After enabling this feature, predefined reports and dashboards will open up automatically based on which users or teams are trying to access. Suppose, if the marketing team login the Campaign performance reports and dashboards will pop up.
Apart from these new features and functions, there are some bug fixes as well. Before installing SuiteCRM Analytics to your software make sure to create a backup of your SuiteCRM Database.
